Just over a week ago, we gathered on a beautiful sunny day for the 45th Annual March for Life.
In her address to the over one hundred thousand marchers, and millions watching from afar, March for Life President Jeanne Mancini asked, “Will you march so that the human rights abuse of abortion will soon end.”
We all emphatically answered, “YES!”
Today, you can take an important step towards ending abortion in America. Will you contact your Senators and urge them to vote in favor of a late-term abortion ban?
On Monday, the United States Senate will vote on the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, which would ban abortion after 20 weeks.
In his address from the White House Rose Garden, President Trump called on the Senate to pass this legislation, which has already passed in the House of Representatives.
If the legislation passes both houses of Congress, President Trump pledged in his March for Life speech to sign the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act into law.
This would be a monumental victory in saving lives, and overturning Roe v. Wade.
Abortion is not healthcare because killing isn’t healing. Every abortion is tragic and we must work to save every baby from abortion. The Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act is an important step in that direction.
This will be a close vote, so it’s critical that every marcher – and your friends and family – makes your voice heard.
Thank you for taking part in this important effort to save lives!
